Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Finance Manager to provide financial oversight and support to U.S. Programs Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial reviews and monitor potential financial risks in U.S. Offices
• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring compliance with programmatic requirements
• Supervise U.S. Finance staff and provide training on financial processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or nonprofit accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and standard financial reporting tools
• Experience with nonprofit grant budgets and compliance
