Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business leaders for financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Identifies and implements process improvements, contributing to projects and system enhancements
• Prepares management reports and conducts variance analysis and cost center management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including business partnering with non-Finance partners
• Advanced skills in Excel; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools preferred
• Experience with large datasets and multiple ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
