CPA SVP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SVP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and provide strategic guidance to the leadership team
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budget processes and financial forecasting
• Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• A CPA designation (or similar) is required
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a SaaS company
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven experience in building and scaling finance teams
