A company is looking for a Finance Team Administrator to assist in the administration of the Finance Department and provide support to the CFO and Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and email correspondence for the CFO and Director
- Oversee the Accounting email inbox and coordinate finance team meetings
- Assist with financial documentation, budget updates, and audit requests
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- High degree of financial acumen and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and action orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
