Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budget management for a multi-entity organization
• Prepare various financial reports and maintain compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
• Manage and train the finance team while coordinating with external accounting firms for accurate financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of financial operations experience in for-profit and/or non-profit entities
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets across multiple entities
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial software systems
• Demonstrated experience with generally accepted accounting principles
