Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed forecast analysis and manage annual budget planning for a large real estate portfolio
• Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including the development of efficient reporting strategies
• Analyze performance data to forecast trends and assist in cost-savings initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Strong advanced accounting and MS Excel skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience with computer-based accounting applications; familiarity with JD Edwards is a plus
• Demonstrated initiative and independence in a fast-paced team environment
