Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to enhance financial forecasting and long-range planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Deliver accurate rolling forecasts and scenario planning to support executive decision-making
• Conduct M&A financial modeling and diligence, and assist with board/investor-facing materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role at the Director level within FP&A
• Extensive experience in building and scaling FP&A functions
• Proven expertise in supporting M&A transactions, including modeling and integration
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience within professional services is a plus
