Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial statements
• Develop financial performance metrics and establish pro-forma plans for new business initiatives
• Manage cash flow planning and lead a high-performing finance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree highly preferred
• CPA designation is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Finance/Accounting
• Proven experience within the healthcare industry is highly preferred
