Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, overseeing the client team and ensuring value delivery
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll oversight
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
