Senior Program Cost Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst to support strategic and space-related defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain cost control systems while monitoring program costs and schedules
• Prepare budgets and conduct financial analyses, including variance analysis and funding profiles
• Prepare and present financial reports to management with actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant finance experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access)
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience preparing financial reports and performing variance analysis
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
