Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for equity and variable compensation operations and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and SEC regulations while maintaining data integrity
- Administer equity programs and support audit preparation and financial reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration with a public company
- Familiarity with federal and state tax regulations related to equity compensation
- Experience supporting SEC reporting and SOX compliance
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
