Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage equity and variable compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for equity and variable compensation operations and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and SEC regulations while maintaining data integrity
  • Administer equity programs and support audit preparation and financial reporting needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration with a public company
  • Familiarity with federal and state tax regulations related to equity compensation
  • Experience supporting SEC reporting and SOX compliance
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
