Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to leadership and department heads
- Track and analyze expense and revenue against budget, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
- Lead budgeting processes and streamline financial reporting through automation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent work experience; Master's level or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools such as Alteryx and SQL
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with business unit leadership
- Experience in mentoring staff and promoting teamwork within a remote work environment
