Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Manager to join their Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with borrowers through outbound calls and emails, fostering long-term relationships
• Generate repayment projections and identify loans needing escalation
• Manage and monitor third-party vendor performance and participate in team meetings for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage servicing
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Interest in finance, startups, and real estate
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in default or special servicing is a plus
