Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and close high-quality commercial loans within the government contracting sector
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Oversee credit structuring, underwriting, and maintain portfolio quality through proactive monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years in commercial banking or lending, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in originating and closing commercial loans, particularly in government contracting
• Deep knowledge of government contracting processes and industry dynamics
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management skills
