Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager for NPI and Capital Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate NPI checkpoints with financial goals and strategic plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Prepare investment proposals for potential NPI projects, detailing costs, revenues, expenses, and risks
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on the viability and returns of new product investments

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and deal profitability analysis
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Strategy
• Experience in cost optimization initiatives within infrastructure, engineering, or AI domains
