Program Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Financial Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with updating project spend plans and proposed project plans with labor and non-labor costs
• Run weekly cost and manpower reports, ensuring charges are correctly allocated and updating spend plans
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and monitor TDL and manpower costs to ensure budget compliance

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required by the program
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
• 2-3 years of experience in an office setting is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) rules and guidelines is highly desirable
• Prior DOD contracting experience is a plus
