Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Financial Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with updating project spend plans and proposed project plans with labor and non-labor costs
- Run weekly cost and manpower reports, ensuring charges are correctly allocated and updating spend plans
- Support accounts receivable during billing processing and monitor TDL and manpower costs to ensure budget compliance
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required by the program
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- 2-3 years of experience in an office setting is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) rules and guidelines is highly desirable
- Prior DOD contracting experience is a plus
