Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of property performance, measured on absolute and relative metrics
• Monitor and adjust pricing across portfolio markets to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to implement strategies for property owner partners

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a yield or revenue management role
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with online booking channels and pricing tools
• Experience in the short-term rental or vacation rental sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
