Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis for hospital practices, including profitability metrics and overhead allocations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, including variance analysis and physician compensation tracking
• Produce financial analytics and reports to assess performance and drive accountability across operating units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3-7 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and analysis, with a preference for GAAP understanding
• Experience in financial modeling and advanced Excel functionality
• Understanding of healthcare financial issues and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
