Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the quarterly earnings process and develop investor relations materials
• Perform complex financial modeling and provide strategic analytics for decision-making
• Source and evaluate M&A opportunities and support corporate strategy initiatives

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in investment banking or equity research
• Experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, or Strategic Finance preferred
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance
• Significant experience engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
