Job Summary
A company is looking for a GOS Senior Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for a Global Occupier Services account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a finance team, facilitating training and enhancing team performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and procurement services, preferably in facility management
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams
- Exceptional delegation and mentorship skills
