Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GOS Senior Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for a Global Occupier Services account.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a finance team, facilitating training and enhancing team performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and procurement services, preferably in facility management
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Knowledge of financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Experience managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams
• Exceptional delegation and mentorship skills
