Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle and implement systems to automate workflows
• Create and manage competitive bidding cycles and oversee the vendor lifecycle
• Drive improvements in financial systems and evaluate new financial technologies to enhance operations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial operations or accounting, preferably in high-growth tech environments
• Strong understanding of financial principles and hands-on experience with procure-to-pay processes
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as QuickBooks, Brex, Ramp, and Navan
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on process optimization
• Experience with multi-entity operations or international business is a plus
