High Yield Trading Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trading Assistant, High Yield & Bank Loans - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the High Yield and Bank Loan desk
• Report and track new issues, corporate actions, and market movers
• Ensure timely and accurate trade booking and allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in trade support or operations within High Yield and/or Bank Loans
• Strong knowledge of leveraged finance markets and trade lifecycle
• Experience with trading platforms like Bloomberg, Allvue, and ClearPar
• High school diploma required
