Key Responsibilities

• Establish and drive company planning processes, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic goals
• Oversee the operating model, linking key inputs to company growth and profitability for planning and forecasting
• Perform financial analysis on results and KPIs, identifying trends and areas of opportunity

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of strategic finance/FP&A experience at a high-growth startup, including 2+ years in consulting/banking/investing
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in building financial models
• Experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
• Passion for making an impact in a high-growth environment
