Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts for clients
• Develop and refine compensation plans and conduct in-depth margin and cost analyses
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Consulting at a managerial level or above
• Expertise in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Demonstrated experience in compensation planning and marketing analytics
• Proficiency in advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI or analytics tools is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines
