Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Finance Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive transformation roadmap
• Lead complex transformation programs and cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and timely delivery
• Redesign finance processes and systems, ensuring data integrity and governance for accurate reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
• 15+ years in finance or transformation leadership roles, with 8-10 years leading digital finance initiatives
• Experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm required
• Proven success in process redesign and large-scale technology deployments
• Deep knowledge of financial principles, finance technology, and control frameworks
