Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to analyze complex problems using patient-level financial and clinical data to support strategic hospital decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with executive and physician leadership to support decision-making
• Audit multiple systems and data for reasonableness and investigate variances
• Collaborate with teams to identify issues, achieve objectives, and improve performance

Required Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree, required
• MBA or MPH preferred
• Five or more years of experience in hospital or medical group financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Tableau, highly desired
• Knowledge of hospital decision support and EMR systems preferred
