Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to support strategic decisions
• Provide financial leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to enable strategic initiatives and evaluate ROI
• Oversee core finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while strengthening operational infrastructure

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong foundation in FP&A and strategic finance
• Proven success in high-growth, VC-backed companies, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• A hands-on leader who thrives in earlier-stage environments, balancing strategy and execution
• Demonstrated ability to lead and build a high-performing finance team
• Strong modeling and analytical skills, fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and modern FP&A tools
