Billing Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Strategy and Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to support stakeholders across various teams
• Analyze reimbursement patterns and conduct detailed investigations to understand reimbursement behaviors
• Design strategies to improve reimbursement outcomes and create custom dashboards for decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or payer analytics
• Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement systems and medical policy interpretation
• Expertise in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and/or Python
• Experience with PHI, HIPAA compliance, and handling sensitive healthcare data
