Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Physician Contract Analyst who will manage physician compensation and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of physician compensation programs and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation calculations
- Assist with compensation projections for budgeting and ongoing physician additions
- Develop and record monthly accruals and reclasses for financial close
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience in a confidential environment is required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- CCP certification preferred
