Provider Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Financial Analyst to lead and support provider compensation and revenue cycle analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider performance and compensation analysis and reporting processes
• Independently analyze and complete monthly performance reports for non-academic provider practice entities
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for margin enhancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related area
• Three (3) years of accounting/finance related experience
• CPA certification (preferred)
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (preferred)
• Experience in healthcare preferred
