A company is looking for a Go To Market Compensation and Strategy Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and analyze regional sales compensation plans, including quota setting and incentive payments
- Maintain global account segmentation models and support strategic initiatives with data analysis
- Provide reporting and analysis on sales performance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align GTM initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales compensation, GTM operations, or sales strategy roles
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and compensation plan structures
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI or planning tools is a plus
- Experience in a B2B sales organization or supporting channel and enterprise sales teams is preferred
