Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A to oversee financial planning and accounting processes while collaborating with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Oversee consolidations and multi-entity accounting in compliance with GAAP
• Play an active role in acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred)
• 5-7+ years of combined experience in accounting and FP&A, ideally in professional services
• Strong expertise in consolidations, multi-entity accounting, and GAAP
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite; experience with Power BI and Jira a plus
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment
