Provider Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Compensation Analyst to support provider compensation programs through analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of provider compensation models and dashboards
• Analyze provider productivity and VBC outcomes to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding compensation strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or provider compensation
• Strong experience analyzing work RVUs and value-based care metrics
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
