Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic investor relations program aligned with financial and long-term goals
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community
• Lead the creation of investor materials and organize investor meetings and industry conferences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or investment banking
• Track record of managing investor relations for a high-growth or pre-IPO company
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies
• Executive presence and comfort interfacing with senior leaders, investors, and analysts
• Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is preferred
