Clinical Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical FP&A Lead to join their Finance team as a strategic partner across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal supply and demand forecasting and align patient demand projections with clinical and operational capacity
• Drive weekly and monthly KPI reporting and deliver updates to executive stakeholders on workforce trends and performance
• Serve as the finance liaison for Clinical Services & Operations and support fundraising, M&A, and strategic initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and analytical roles, preferably in banking and FP&A
• Experience in the healthcare industry and high-growth startup environments is a plus
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with BI reporting tools is a plus
