RCM Billing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1099 RCM & Billing Manager (Contractor Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle management, including insurance verification, claims processing, and payment posting
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Provide exceptional support to patients and providers regarding billing and insurance inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare finance
• Experience managing external vendors
• Strong working knowledge of Healthie (required) and Candid (beneficial)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for conflict de-escalation and trust-building
• High degree of agency, accountability, and organizational skills
