Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their Finance & Accounting team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and manage payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Support month-end close by preparing payroll-related reports and conducting payroll audits
• Collaborate with People Operations to address payroll inquiries and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, including federal, state, and local taxes
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now, Netsuite, Excel, and Google Suite
• Solid understanding of payroll accounting and reconciliations
