VP of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A for their on-prem software division focused on subscription-based recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company through a successful sale/transaction, interfacing with the PE Sponsor and buyer
• Quickly gain a deep understanding of the business, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and operational complexities
• Lead P&L reporting and forecasting processes while managing a team of approximately 15

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A/Leadership with a focus on forecasting and financial modeling
• Familiarity with FP&A in on-prem software environments is critical
• Experience in scaled organizations with 500+ employees and $200M+ revenue
• Background in banking, consulting, or due diligence/advisory is a plus
• Experience working under Private Equity Sponsors with M&A/transaction background
