Billing and Pricing Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Pricing Leader to join their team in Suffolk, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the order-to-cash workflow, ensuring accurate invoicing and resolution of order-related issues
• Lead the generation and analysis of operational reports related to order accuracy and EDI performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a billing, pricing, or finance function
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; comfort with algebraic and pricing logic
• Prior experience working in an ERP environment (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle)
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
