Key Responsibilities

• Process annuity transaction requests while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Provide prompt and accurate customer service to internal and external clients
• Maintain documentation and manage policyholder expectations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial disbursement processing
• Basic understanding of qualified and non-qualified annuity contracts
• Experience in processing annuity transactions and contract administration
• Strong mathematical and calculation skills
