Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Finance to provide financial oversight and leadership for its portfolio of office finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise finance staff across regional locations and manage daily work activities
• Oversee financial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy, while leading budget management and forecasting
• Act as the primary contact with Home Office accountants and ensure local office compliance with financial policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• 7+ years of experience in financial management, including 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in financial software and nonprofit accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
