Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join its North America Automotive business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly cost forecasting, capital planning, and scenario analysis
• Oversee the annual cost budgeting process and long-range planning cycle
• Deliver accurate reporting across the P&L, costs, and KPIs, producing dashboards and insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Experience in FP&A and project management
• Proficiency in developing predictive analyses and using large datasets
• Ability to balance detailed and high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
