Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business FP&A and cross-functional teams to build collaborative relationships
• Lead cross-departmental transformation initiatives and contribute to business unit plans
• Develop management reports and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in an FP&A or finance business partner role
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to closure
• Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Power BI for report building and data analysis is preferred
