Finance Director - Healthcare

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director - Hospital and Health System.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes, financial reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Perform transaction valuations and support financial due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships
• Lead Management Services Agreement (MSA) reporting and collaborate with business leadership on financial strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital systems
• Expertise with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Extensive experience with Excel
