A company is looking for a Business Manager (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management
- Ensure compliance with non-profit regulations and maintain financial policies
- Provide financial guidance to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, including preparing financial reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred but not required
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience working with senior leadership and staff
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and technology for process automation
