Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate advance amounts for Knock Bridge Loans and condition loan files based on documentation
• Provide internal communication regarding loan status and manage a daily pipeline of loans
• Review title reports and insurance to ensure compliance and security interests

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills related to lending guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven efficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
