Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue cycle financial analysis and monitor KPIs to improve efficiencies
• Analyze insurance denial trends and implement rules to increase clean claim rates and cash collections
• Provide weekly status reports on projects and prepare data on payor denials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare medical Revenue Cycle environment
• 7+ years of medical billing or medical collections experience
• 3+ years of RCM management experience
• College degree desired
• Strong working knowledge of payor denials and related changes across states/markets
