Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst - Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FP&A acumen with leaders through hands-on, real-time decision support
• Assess and anticipate decision makers' needs by building close partnerships with executives
• Provide in-depth, highly personalized decision support to executive decision makers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of corporate FP&A experience, ideally at a mid-to-large company
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting; Master's degree preferred
• Expert knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Advanced technology literacy, including proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business unit leaders and stakeholders
