Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Collaborate with leadership to track metrics and provide financial support for pricing and contract reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting automation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or Operational Finance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field; master's degree preferred
• Understanding of headcount and project-based financials
• Proficiency in financial analytics tools; experience with Oracle and Power BI is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to improve efficiency
