Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join their GTM Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to maintain forecasts and conduct budget vs actual variance analyses
• Develop and automate key SaaS performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards
• Create and review complex financial models and implement process improvements across the company

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance (FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting)
• Experience with SaaS metrics and GAAP accounting concepts
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with technologies like Snowflake or Tableau
• Experience in Accounting or Corporate Finance through coursework or work experience
